Welcome to Useden. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our platform.

2. What Data We Store

2.1 Your Apps (Local Storage)

Important: The mini-apps you create are stored locally in your browserusing IndexedDB. We do not store your app code, configurations, or content on our servers. Your apps remain private to your device unless you explicitly share them.

2.2 Account Information

When you create an account, we store:

  • Email address (for authentication via Clerk)
  • User ID and profile information

2.3 Functional Server Data

Our servers store only what's necessary to operate the service:

  • Credit balance - Your available generation credits
  • Prompt history - Records of AI generation requests (for debugging and credit accounting)
  • App metadata - Basic info like app IDs and version counts (not the app content itself)

3. AI Processing

When you create or update apps, your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Z.AI, or others you select). These providers process your prompts according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your prompts to train AI models.

4. Data We Do NOT Store

We intentionally minimize data collection:

  • ❌ Your app code or configurations (stored locally in your browser)
  • ❌ App content or user data entered into apps
  • ❌ Analytics or tracking data
  • ❌ Third-party cookies for advertising

5. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data:

  • Secure authentication via Clerk
  • HTTPS encryption for all communications
  • Limited server-side data (only credits and prompt logs)
  • No synchronization of app data to cloud servers

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your account data
  • Delete your account and associated server data
  • Export your apps (they're in your browser's IndexedDB)

Note: Deleting your account removes server data (credits, prompt history) but your apps remain in your browser until you clear site data.

7. Data Retention

Server data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your credit records and prompt history within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
