1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Useden ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please don't use our Service.

2. How Useden Works

Useden is a platform for creating custom mini-apps using AI. Key aspects:

  • Local-First: Your apps are stored in your browser, not our servers
  • AI-Powered: We use third-party AI services to generate app code
  • Credit System: AI generations consume credits from your account
  • No Sync: Apps are device-local; we don't sync across devices (yet)

3. Account Registration

To use AI features, you need an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your account secure
  • Accept responsibility for activities under your account

4. Credits

4.1 How Credits Work

Credits are consumed when you use AI to generate or update apps. Each operation deducts credits based on the AI model used and complexity.

4.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits can be purchased through the platform. All sales are final unless required by law. Prices may change with notice.

4.3 Free/Promotional Credits

We may offer free credits. These:

  • May expire
  • Cannot be transferred or refunded
  • Are subject to additional terms

5. Your Content

5.1 Ownership

You own the apps you create. Since they're stored locally in your browser, you have full control over them. We don't claim ownership of your generated apps.

5.2 What You Can't Create

Don't use Useden to create:

  • Illegal content or tools
  • Malware or harmful code
  • Content that infringes others' rights
  • Hate speech or harassment
  • Apps designed to deceive or defraud

6. AI-Generated Content

You understand that:

  • Apps are generated by third-party AI models
  • Generated code may contain bugs or security issues
  • You are responsible for reviewing and testing apps before use
  • We don't guarantee the accuracy or fitness of generated content

7. Local Storage Disclaimer

Since your apps are stored locally in your browser:

  • Clearing browser data will delete your apps
  • Apps are not synced across devices
  • We cannot recover lost apps from our servers
  • You are responsible for backing up important apps

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee it. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, AI provider issues, or other factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

  • AI-generated content or its accuracy
  • Lost apps due to browser data clearing
  • Third-party AI provider outages
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Note: Deleting your account removes server data but your local apps remain until you clear browser data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or on the Service. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
